Service Description

Poverty and unemployment can be eradicated by using entrepreneurship as a tool for generating self employment and growth in rural areas. Majority of the rural population are not educated and thus, to make them employable and have a sustainable source fo income - entrepreneurship training and development can be a key contributor. We work with organisations to run entrepreneurship training programmes for the rural youth and women to help them identify their areas of interest and skill sets and build a business around it! Women can get trained in beauty services, tailoring, cooking, running a store, tutoring so they can run small independant businesses out of their homes or in the village. The youth can be trained and venture into self-employment in agrotech, running a shop, plumbing, turtoring, construction.. ​In this program the highlights will be Discovery: Generating a business idea through our idea generation process Validation: Assess market viability an opportunity analysis of product or service Branding: Brand Name & Tagline generation Organisation Structure Financial Modeling: Cost structure, overheads, expenses Sales & Marketing Plan Digital Marketing and technology to grow a business Revenue Modeling: Profitability calculation, pricing and other financial tools applicable for venture Launching the venture ​
